The story follows Yeren, who has aspirations of becoming a vampire hunter. However, he finds himself unintentionally involved in the conflict between Holyland and a teenage vampire girl. Despite being a mere temporary blood servant, Yeren is unsure of how to navigate the long-standing animosity between the two factions that spans many centuries. Ultimately, the narrative revolves around Lilo Ai, the final remaining vampire.
